About Me:
My love for health and wellbeing grew early, especially after becoming a mother at 20. I stayed active, present, and energised for my three children. After trying various routines and diets, I found that mindset- more than motivation- was key to lasting change. This insight transformed my life and drew others to seek my guidance.
I’m a compassionate leadership and accountability coach with over ten years of experience in Telecoms, Financial Services, and Logistics. I held a senior role in a global logistics company, coaching leaders and teams on nurturing coaching-led mindsets and sustainable performance.
An avid reader interested in human behaviour, I focus on how early experiences shape habits. I apply this understanding to help people break unhelpful patterns, build consistency, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
